Garlic Lemon Shrimp
- 1lb medium shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 3 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup grated parmigiano - Reggiano
- 3/4 cup of breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 500 degrees
In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp, lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic together. Throw the pinch of salt and pepper in next. Evenly coat the shrimp with the cheese and breadcrumbs. Then spread the shrimp onto a baking sheet in a single layer. Place in preheated oven for 5 minutes.
